Automated Recruiting Vs. Unautomated Recruiting

4Life uses unautomated recruiting method to recruit distributors. There are some advantages to that:

  • All of your Uplines are actually reachable either by email or by phone. You are not in business all yourselves. Real life support can be provided when needed.
  • You are not just a person in their database. There is actually relationship and passion there.
  • Usually companies that use the automated recruiting method uses a portion of distributors’ commission to advertise and maintain their cost. e.g. Charge distributors to have a check made etc.
